The platform currently offers 5 programme tracks — Certificate of Knowledge in Marketing, Certificate of Knowledge in Human Resources Management, Certificate of Knowledge in Business Administration, Certificate of Knowledge in Customer Service and Certificate of Knowledge in Business Law — each with its own set of subjects. You choose one programme when you apply and select subjects within it, but you're not locked in: you can add subjects from any other programme to your account later. Browse every subject and its fee on our Subjects & Fees page before you decide.

A minimum of 2 subjects within your chosen programme, though some programmes set their own minimum shown at the point of application. You're free to choose more than the minimum from the start, and you can add further subjects at any time afterwards -- including subjects from our other programmes, not just the one you originally applied under.

Complete the online application form, select your preferred programme and subjects, then submit your application together with the required payment.

Your application is reviewed by the administration team. Once approved, your participant account is activated and you will receive access to the learning portal.

Yes. Applications that do not meet the admission requirements or contain incorrect information may be declined.

Yes. Your application is assigned a reference number which can be used when making enquiries.

Once your course fee payment is confirmed and your lessons are activated, you have 30 days to work through all of your chosen subjects at your own pace. Running out of time? Contact us before your window closes -- an extension may be granted at our discretion.

Yes. As long as you have internet access, you can access your learning materials from anywhere.

Access is granted once your application and payment have been approved.

No. Each subject is completed by working through the self-paced online lessons and then passing a multiple-choice assessment. There are no sit-down or invigilated exams on this platform. If you would like an invigilated exam and a recognised professional qualification, you can register separately with a professional body such as the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM), the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), or the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) — see our Assessment & ZIM Registration page for details on registering with ZIM.

Yes. If the subject has its own assessment fee, you get 2 free retakes before the fee applies again to unlock a fresh set of attempts -- you can repeat this as many times as you need to, as long as your study window is still open. If the subject's assessment is already covered by the course fee (no separate assessment fee), you only get that one set of 2 free retakes in total, since there is no further fee to unlock more -- contact us if you need extra attempts after that.

Assessments are completed online using multiple-choice questions.

You become eligible to receive your Certificate of Knowledge for the completed subject. The Certificate is automatically generated and it is accessible in your portal.

Yes. Retakes are permitted in accordance with the assessment policy.

Some assessments may require payment before they can be attempted.

Once you pass a subject's assessment, an automated Certificate of Knowledge is generated immediately -- no waiting, no manual issuing -- and is ready to download from your portal straight away. Each certificate carries a unique code that anyone can check on our Verify a Certificate page, and once you've passed several subjects you can combine them into a single consolidated certificate (see our Certificate Consolidation page).

No. The Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) accredits and verifies qualifications of more than six months' duration. Our Certificate of Knowledge subjects are shorter, self-paced knowledge modules, so they fall outside ZAQA's registration requirement. If you're after a formally accredited, longer qualification, you can register separately with a professional body such as ZICA, ZIM, or the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply — see our Assessment & Professional Registration page. No. A Certificate of Knowledge confirms you've completed our self-paced lessons and passed our own multiple-choice assessment for a subject — it's a knowledge credential, not a formally examined professional qualification. A professional body such as ZICA, ZIM, or the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply offers a separate credential you register and sit for directly with them. Many participants use our subjects to build a foundation before pursuing one of those. For ZIM exams and lessons specifically, visit zimassociates.captain37.com.

Every certificate carries a unique code. You -- or anyone you share it with, such as an employer -- can enter that code on our Verify a Certificate page to instantly confirm it's authentic and see the subject and date it was issued for.

Yes. Once you've passed at least 3 subjects, you can request a single consolidated certificate that lists them all for a flat K150.00 fee, instead of presenting each one separately. No account is needed to request one -- enter your certificate codes on our Certificate Consolidation page, or do it from your participant portal.

No. Once issued, a Certificate of Knowledge does not expire -- it remains valid and verifiable indefinitely using its certificate code.

No. Exemptions require a qualification that falls within the Zambian Qualifications Framework. These certificates are best suited to widening your knowledge ahead of later studying at a college or university, or for continuing professional development purposes.

All payments are made via mobile money (MTN or Airtel) or bank transfer, using the instructions shown on the relevant payment page. Payments are confirmed manually by our team once you submit your payment reference, and we may reach out by email or WhatsApp if we need to verify anything or resolve a discrepancy. Once confirmed, a PDF receipt is generated automatically and is available to download any time from your portal.

Depending on your programme, you may be required to pay application, enrolment, assessment, certification or other service fees.

Yes. Anyone can apply to become a referral agent through our "To Earn" track by submitting your name, contact details, and NRC number, and paying a one-time K150.00 application fee. Once approved, you get your own agent code to share, access to your agent portal, and start earning 10% on referred applicants' registration fees plus 10% on their subject course fees (see "Do agents earn commissions, and how much?" below for a worked example). Your agency stays active for 30 days at a time and is kept active with a K50.00 renewal fee -- if it lapses you simply stop earning new commissions until you renew, while anything already earned stays fully payable.

Agents promote programmes, recruit participants and earn commissions based on approved referrals.

Yes. Approved agents receive a unique promotional code.

Yes. Promotional code change requests may be submitted for approval.

Every commission is recorded automatically the moment the underlying payment is confirmed -- nothing is estimated or batched. Once your unpaid balance reaches K100.00, it is paid out, normally around day 25 of each month. You will get a WhatsApp notification with your payout reference once it is processed, and can download your statement any time from your agent portal. See "Do agents earn commissions, and how much?" for the commission rates themselves.

Yes. As a referral agent ("To Earn" track), you earn 10% of the application fee once someone you referred has their registration payment confirmed, plus 10% of the course fee every time that participant pays for a subject -- including subjects they add later. For example, at current rates: refer someone who pays the K150.00 application fee and you earn about K15; when they go on to pay for a subject priced around K450 (a typical course fee), you earn about K45 more, and that repeats for every subject they enrol in over time. Your running commission balance is always visible in your agent portal.

It isn't a substitute for a nationally accredited qualification such as a ZIM certification or a university degree -- we're upfront about that distinction so you always know exactly what you're holding.
